Refund Policy

City Vows NYC provides wedding officiating, ceremony planning, and related services by appointment. Because we reserve a specific date and time exclusively for you, cancellations impact our ability to rebook that slot.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once your appointment or ceremony date is confirmed.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled appointment, City Vows NYC reserves the right to charge the full service fee.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for partial consideration at our discretion, but deposits remain non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We will always make every effort to reschedule your service when possible.
If rescheduling is not possible and the change is made within 24 hours of the appointment, the same full-fee charge policy may apply.

If We Must Cancel

In the extremely rare event that City Vows NYC must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You may choose a full refund of all fees paid
