- A valid NYC Marriage License is required (issued at least 24 hours prior) - Marriage licenses are valid for 60 days from issuance - At least one witness over 18 is required (available upon request for an additional fee) - A licensed NYC officiant will complete and file all required paperwork - Your Marriage Certificate will be mailed by the City Clerk Cancellation or Reschedule: You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 day before your appointment online.
